I'm working on a prequel to Dream of A Murder, which shows how Rob and Kris first met back in 1980. Rob scares Kris half to death when she and her cousin take a tour in a fixed-wing Cessna that Rob pilots through the Canyon ten feet over the Colorado River. Despite their differences, things click, and they decide to take a weekend mule trip down into the Canyon.  While wondering where this "friendship" is going, Rob stumbles on a body lying face down in Bright Angel Creek. Things start to happen fast. Is it love or is it murder? 

I  had great feedback on my first mystery, Dream of A Murder. I hope to capture the magic of Rob and Kris on the trail of the murderer, surrounded by suspects and the splendor of one of the Wonders of the World.   

Update 9/8/26: I am close to sending this book to my publisher, Outlaws Publishing LLC. I will be turning it over to Beta readers as I edit it for the 1000th time. It's a quick read, but I believe that if you liked Dream of a Murder, you'll like this one, too.  Stay tuned!
